Usage
Door Entry Systems come in 2 basic forms:

Audio
From a simple press button at the entrance door that buzzes the hand set and allows conversation to take place before access is given, up to a system that controls a common entry door and will communicate with independent flats / offices.

Video
As the Audio but including a video link so that you can see who is at the door.

The system can include an automatic release of the door to give entry. A magnetic lock or solenoid operated release is fitted to the door and on the handset there is a button to activate it. On the secure side of the door there is a green break glass and usually a push to exit button.
